Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail the Department’s timescale to adopt The Mills, Coalisland.
Minister for Infrastructure: My Department have contacted the Surety for the bonds, Ulster Bank Ltd. and informed them that we intend drawing down the bond to have the development completed to an adoptable standard. My Department plans to commence works to bring the road infrastructure up to standard when a contractor resource becomes available in the new financial year.
