Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Justice what progress her Department has made in bringing forward the necessary statutory provision for wills to be validly made in Irish, as committed under New Decade, New Approach.
Minister of Justice: The relevant commitments under ‘New Decade, New Approach’ were to be sponsored and overseen by the First Minister and deputy First Minister. The Department of Finance is responsible for the law relating to wills.
