Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs whether the Northern Ireland Environment Agency 2023 investigation into the high level of consumer contacts on the taste and odour of the mains water supply and contraventions of the taste and odour parameters in the final water from Moyola Wastewater Treatment Works is still ongoing.
Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: The Drinking Water Inspectorate (DWI) investigated this water quality event through its normal procedures and can confirm this investigation is now complete. The outcome of this investigation was provided in AQW 18567/22-27.
