Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Communities whether he is aware of Universal Credit claims leading to overpayments of Tax Credits due to delays in the Universal Credit claim notification process by his Department to HMRC.
Minister for Communities: HMRC have not advised my Department of any issues relating to Tax Credit overpayments resulting from delays in the Universal Credit claim notification process.
