Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 24017/22-27, to detail how many of the 40 cases referred to NI Water were downloaded from the whistleblower’s SharePoint and had a full technical investigation, including application, payments and site validation processes, by Deloitte for their recent report into alleged fraud within NI Water.
Minister for Infrastructure: This is an operational matter for NI Water. However, I have sought the requested information and NI Water has advised that all cases were downloaded from the whistleblower’s SharePoint site and reviewed by Deloitte as appropriate as part of the investigation.
