Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the First Minister and deputy First Minister what engagement has their Department had to date with (i) the Home Office; and (ii) the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs , on the UK Government’s upcoming Immigration White Paper, specifically in relation to the mushroom sector.
First Minister and deputy First Minister: Immigration policy is not devolved.
The specific issue of the mushroom growers was raised by Ministers at the Inter Ministerial meeting on Wednesday 21 May 2025.
