Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for the Economy for her assessment of the implications for Mineral Prospecting Licences, issued by her Department, as a consequence of the High Court judgment of Monday 23 June 2025 on the A5 Western Transport Corridor.
Minister for the Economy: There are no foreseen implications for Mineral Prospecting Licences as a consequence of the High Court judgement.
