Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, in relation to any suspected fraud at NI Water reported to the Shareholder Unit, to detail (i) the date reported; and (ii) the action taken, in each of the last ten years.
Minister for Infrastructure: The issue you have raised is an operational matter for NI Water; however, I have sought the required information.
(i) NI Water has advised my department that in the last 10 years, suspected frauds have been reported to Shareholder Unit on following dates:

(ii) NI Water has advised that all instances were dealt with in accordance with NI Water’s Fraud Prevention Policy and Fraud and Bribery Response Plan.
