Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: This issue is being considered as part of a detailed assessment of the potential impact for Northern Ireland of a UK withdrawal from the EU. It would not be appropriate to share the detail of discussions at this stage given that the terms of any future relationship between the UK and the EU is unknown.
