Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: My officials sought legal advice regarding the building of permanent infrastructure at Northern Ireland (NI) Points of Entry (PoE). I have indicated that I will be bringing the matter of preparations at NI PoE’s to the Executive for consideration as soon as possible.
