Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Communities how much money has been collected by her Department though Section 76 Planning Agreements; and to detail how and where this money has been spent.
Minister for Communities: My Department has had no involvement in Section 76 Planning Agreements and, therefore, has collected no money through any such agreements.
