Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Health whether any recent assessment has been made of waiting times for physiotherapy services in community settings, in each Health and Social Care Trust.
Minister of Health: In each Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland Physiotherapy Services actively work to reduce waiting times across both adults and children’s services constantly monitoring referrals into the service. Waiting times are kept under regular review and reported on a monthly basis, by the Professional Head of Service for Physiotherapy, to the Department’s Strategic Planning and Performance Group.
