Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Justice to detail any steps she is taking to improve (i) recruitment; and (ii) the retention of staff in the Probation Board.
Minister of Justice: The Probation Board for Northern Ireland is not currently experiencing significant recruitment or retention difficulties and has staffing levels sufficient to deliver its current statutory requirements.
