Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs when all the photographic and video evidence relating to the Industrial Tribunal between his Department and Dr Tamara Bronckaers will be published. [Priority Written]
Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: The legal processes surrounding this Tribunal are still continuing and the necessary steps are being taken to ensure that all relevant material is being made available to the court.
Additionally, together with the Head of the Civil Service and the Permanent Secretary of the Department of Finance, my Permanent Secretary is commissioning an external review of how the departments dealt with the concerns raised in this case and of the decision-making throughout this process. It is intended that the terms of reference for the review will be published before the end of May and that the outcomes of the review will also be made public in due course.
