Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for the Economy when a capital budget will be made available to Tourism NI for new projects in 2022/23. [Priority Written]
Minister for the Economy: The Draft 22-25 Budget has not been approved by the Executive and therefore my Department had only been able to initially allocate capital budget to existing contractual commitments or programmes which have received previous Executive agreement.
However, I am pleased to advise that following recent developments within the budget process, further capital allocations will now be made which will enable Tourism NI to take forward its capital proposals.
