Minister of Justice: Applications for the grant of a firearm certificate, under Article 4 of the Firearms (Northern Ireland) Order 2004, are made to the Chief Constable. As this is an operational policing matter, the PSNI is best placed to provide you with the information you have sought regarding firearms applications.
