Minister for Infrastructure: The issue you have raised is an operational matter for NI Water; however, I have sought the required information.
NI Water has advised my department that the expenditure on legal services for each of the last 10 financial years is as follows:

2016-17 £1.37m
2017-18 £0.81m
2018-19 £0.89m
2019-20 £0.79m
2020-21 £1.06m
2021-22 £1.13m
2022-23 £0.35m
2023-24 £1.03m
2024-25 £0.92m
