Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the number of on-site inspections by the NI Environment Agency of the PAR Biogas plant at Tullywiggan; (ii) the number of these inspections that were unannounced; and (iii) any observations of odours emitted from the plant made during the inspections, in each of the last five years.
