Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, pursuant to AQW 44181/22-27 and AQW 44182/22-27, to detail (i) the proposed odour management plan for the PAR Biogas Site in Tullywiggan, Cookstown; and (ii) when the proposed odour management plan will be put in place.
Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: The Northern Ireland Environment Agency is engaging with the operator and their appointed consultant regarding an updated Odour Management Plan for the PAR Biogas site at Tullywiggan, Cookstown.
The plan is under assessment and, pending its agreement, it is not possible to provide detailed content or confirm a date for implementation.
