Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Justice whether her Department has a designated lead or responsible officer on her Department’s use of Artificial Intelligence.
Minister of Justice: Within my Department, the technical lead on AI, is the Chief Technology Officer.
The lead on using AI safely with DoJ data, is the Data Protection Officer.
Senior Information Asset Owners (Grade 5) are responsible for the use of AI (including MS Co-Pilot) in their own business areas.
