Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 48100/22-27, given that Contract C1247 provides for service credits of £50 per site, per week, until completion, to detail whether the disclosed total value of service credits accrued the figure of £1,800, represents the full contractual entitlement available to NI Water.
Minister for Infrastructure: The issue you have raised is an operational matter for NI Water; however, I have sought the required information.
NI Water has advised my department that yes, based on the KPI assessments undertaken and the application of the Service Credit provisions in the contract, £1,800 represents the total Service Credits accrued for the period assessed.
