Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 48100/22-27, to detail, for each month since commencement of Contract C1247 (i) the approved monthly work bank; (ii) the agreed monthly KPI 1 target; (iii) the actual performance achieved; (iv) the percentage KPI score; (v) any accepted mitigations applied; and (vi) the officer responsible for approving the monthly KPI assessment.
Minister for Infrastructure: The issue you have raised is an operational matter for NI Water; however, I have sought the required information.
NI Water has advised my department that:
A formal monthly work bank was implemented from 1 April 2026 to support KPI measurement. Prior to this, contractor performance was monitored through completion reporting and contract management arrangements.

The actual performance achieved for April 2026 was assessed as “Unacceptable Performance” in accordance with the KPI 1 performance criteria. The May 2026 KPI assessment had not been finalised at the time of responding.
