Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure, pursuant to AQW 48099/22-27, to detail: (i) the number of NI Water operational sites that currently remain in service with outstanding C2 electrical defects; (ii) the number that remain in service with outstanding C3 electrical defects; (iii) whether a written engineering risk assessment exists for each such site; (iv) who approved each risk assessment; and (v) whether NI Water considers each site to remain compliant with its statutory duties under electricity and health and safety legislation.

NI Water considers that risks associated with these defects are being actively managed and that sites continue to operate under established inspection, monitoring and remediation arrangements. NI Water is progressing the remediation of outstanding defects as a priority.
