Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Communities, pursuant to AQW 1972/22-27, what consideration her Department has given to providing funding for the removal of asbestos in properties previously owned by the Housing Executive; and how many properties previously owned by the Housing Executive are on the asbestos register, broken down by local council area.
Minister for Communities: The absence of a functioning Executive and agreed Executive budget is having a negative impact across many areas of Departmental planning.
The asbestos register is for current Housing Executive properties only.
