Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs whether an Odour Management Plan has been put in place for the PAR Biogas Site in Tullywiggan, Cookstown.
Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: The operator has submitted documentation in relation to odour management; however, this material remains under consideration by the Northern Ireland Environment Agency.
