Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs: The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) is currently engaging with the operator and their appointed consultant regarding an updated Odour Management Plan for the PAR Biogas site at Tullywiggan, Cookstown. At this stage, the plan has not yet been agreed and, as such, there are no further details available to share.
