Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Communities to detail any steps his Department is taking to support people over the age of 50, who are out of work, to return to work.
Minister for Communities: Employability support is delivered primarily through the Department’s network of Jobs and Benefits Offices, where individuals of working age, including those aged over 50, can access tailored work coach support.
This includes support with job search activity and signposting to a range of Department-funded and external provisions.
