Minister for Communities: There has been no specific assessment made of the potential impact of accessibility of transport on barriers to employment for disabled people.
However, Officials from the Department for Infrastructure have been part of the cross-departmental working group to develop the Executive Disability Strategy, and Outcome 2 focuses on improving access to public transport for people with disabilities.
