Mr Patsy McGlone (Mid Ulster): To ask the Minister for Infrastructure pursuant to AQW 50296/22-27, (i) whether her Department accepted the conclusions of the report by Deloitte on its investigation into alleged fraud at NI Water, and (ii) whether, in the interests of openness and transparency, her Department will publish the report by Deloitte on its investigation into alleged fraud at NI Water.
Minister for Infrastructure: My Department is satisfied that the independent investigation conducted by Deloitte was reasonable and proportionate. The report is available in redacted form on request from NI Water, and as such my Department has no plans to publish it at this time.
